A lifetime in the plastering trade
Patrick Meehan picked up his first hawk and trowel more than 40 years ago. He served a traditional apprenticeship, learning the craft from the old hands — lime plasters, sand and cement, setting, floating and running cornice — long before the days of modern boards and beads.
Over four decades he has plastered thousands of walls and ceilings, from period homes needing a sympathetic touch to new extensions, loft conversions and commercial fit-outs. That experience means he can quickly spot what a wall needs, explain the options in plain English and get it right first time.
